FAQ

Is this certified planning advice?No. ResCode checks are indicative design aids. They don't replace a planning permit assessment, a building surveyor or a licensed land surveyor.
Which councils does it cover?ArchiScale checks Victorian ResCode (Clause 54/55) standards that apply statewide. Schedule variations and overlays for your zone still need checking against the planning scheme.
What do I need to start?A title plan or survey (bearings and distances), or a DXF or SKP file.
How do agent keys work?Each firm gets a bearer key for https://archiscale.stlgalaxy.com/mcp. Tool calls are logged per firm (tool name and time only, never your arguments). See the MCP docs.
How do I get my key after paying?After checkout, Stripe sends you to the activation page. We confirm your payment and email your key, usually within one business day.
Can I cancel?Yes, any time from your Stripe receipt or customer portal link. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Do prices include GST?No GST is charged. We are not registered for GST.
