Drawing board. AutoCAD. Now your AI. ArchiScale is the drawing workspace for your AI: a UI built for AI assistants rather than for clicking around. Your AI can't work natively inside AutoCAD, so ArchiScale gives it somewhere to draw, with Victorian ResCode judgment built in, then hands back DXF for AutoCAD. Made for Melbourne architects, drafters and developers.
Start from the title boundary, a DXF or a SketchUp model. ArchiScale draws the site plan and builds the set from one model: floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plan, details, schedules, shadow and overlooking diagrams, and 3D views. The demo project's town planning set runs to 31 sheets.
One small change, like moving the kitchen, usually means hours of rework across every sheet. Because everything comes from one model, the sheets and the ResCode results update with the change.
Export the full set as DXF and finish it in AutoCAD the way your office already works. (ArchiScale reads DXF and SketchUp; convert DWG to DXF first.)
ArchiScale runs an MCP server, so any AI assistant that supports MCP can drive it: create a project, upload a plan, run the ResCode check, propose a change for an architect to approve, generate elevations and sections, and export working drawings. How to connect.
